ExxonMobil and SeaCa Plastic Packaging collaborated and developed a copolymer resin specifically for the company’s product and manufacturing needs. An additional homopolymer material was also proposed. ExxonMobil enables to provide solutions that offer sustainability benefits. As a result, ExxonMobil assisted SeaCa in reaching their goal of collecting 25% post-consumer resin collected from their closed loop recycling program and incorporating the recycled content into new packaging.
