Global Product Quality Management System
Our Global Product Quality Management System (GPQMS) rigorously ensures consistency across all our products, driving quality improvements. GPQMS covers aspects of product quality from product development to manufacturing, from product certification to distribution, and from Customer feedback to training.
It delivers high levels of product quality, providing systems and processes that manage the development, manufacturing and delivery of our products. It drives improvement so that we meet, or exceed, our customers' expectations.
Regular (external) audits help to ensure GPQMS compliance. All of our production sites sites are GPQMS compliant and, where applicable, ISO certified. In addition, they follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
We recognize the importance of ISO in establishing global standards and the need for certification. That is why we ensure our Global Product Quality Management System (GPQMS) is ISO 9001 certified by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).
