The OneConnect™ self-service portal provides Customers with the ability to easily and seamlessly connect, collaborate and innovate with us. The portal, a corner-stone of the ExxonMobil Chemical vision for delivering an improved Customer experience, was launched in 2020.
Designed to replace the existing Online Customer Service (OCS) platform, OneConnect puts user satisfaction center-stage. By including the functionalities Customers seek most, OneConnect takes a high-profile role in the way we’re transforming our market-facing approach.

OneConnect is intuitive, and vastly improves transaction processing times and access to information:
- Access to related order information is now readily available. This includes bills of lading, order confirmations, advanced shipping notices, certificates of analysis, safety data sheets, account statement reports, placing orders by shipping date, invoices, and (a favorite) repeat order template options.
- Speedy and easy access to (very popular) Product Regulatory Summaries (PRS) that contain comprehensive regulatory details on ExxonMobil Chemical products.
