Santoprene™ thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPVs) feature long-term sealing performance with excellent resistance to flex fatigue, harsh temperatures and chemicals, making them an outstanding choice for high-performing seals, gaskets and grommets.
Santoprene TPVs can replace conventional thermoset rubber in many sealing applications, including:

Santoprene TPVs facilitate new design ideas such as material replacement, parts consolidation and tight-tolerance overmolding for lighter weight parts, fewer parts and faster manufacturing. They can be processed quickly on standard injection-molding, extrusion, blow-molding and thermoforming equipment, with similar performance to conventional thermoset rubber.
Fully recyclable
During manufacturing, clean processing scrap can be reclaimed and reused. At their end of life, parts made from Santoprene TPVs can be recycled on their own or in the polyolefin recycle stream.
