Properties of Solvesso™ fluids

Solvesso™ fluid properties important to agricultural applications include:

  • High solvency power, allowing high active ingredient concentration and delivery
  • High flash points and low vapor pressure for safe and cost-effective transportation and storage
  • Special grades that are naphthalene depleted (ND)
  • High density for improved emulsion stability

Solvesso/Aromatic grades have very strong solvency power that enables a high active ingredient to solvent ratio, minimizing formulation phytotoxicity and the potential for crop damage. These higher aromatics have high flash points, thereby greatly reducing flammability and handling risks in the end-user supply chain.
