Vinyl is used in a variety of flooring applications such as resilient flooring, vinyl backed carpet tile and vinyl composition tiles. Formulation, construction and manufacturing vary between product lines due to differing end use requirements.
ExxonMobil Chemical has several plasticizers that are well suited for vinyl flooring applications. Jayflex plasticizers are commonly found in vinyl flooring because of their superior performance characteristics.
