The starting formula for a water rinseable heavy-duty degreaser is a microemulsion which is amber in color. When applied to dirty greasy surfaces such as laboratory tables, the product readily penetrates and emulsifies the grease which can be easily rinsed off with water. The degreaser does not leave any noticeable oily film on the surface.
