Aerosol lubricants are included in 2003 VOC regulations by CARB. Since Exxsol D95 Fluid is one of the more volatile in the LVP Fluid range, a carefully selected blend of Exxsol D95 Fluid with a more volatile Exxsol Fluid would be a suitable route to VOC compliance. The evaporation rate of the VOC compliant product will be as close to that of the original product as possible, but the flash point of the product will be elevated, which will be beneficial.
