|  | This starting formula for the waterless hand cleaner is excellent for cleaning heavy greases and oily automotive grimes without drying the skin. The hand cleaner is also very effective for removing grease stains from clothes, door panels and household fixtures. Although this product is not currently regulated by CARB, it will be included in future regulations beginning in January, 2005. The formula below meets the 2005 VOC limit of 8 wt.% for heavy-duty hand cleaners.
