Short development cycle with Santoprene™ TPV
Santoprene thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) bonding grades provide electronics manufacturers with performance and processing options to promote innovation and rapid new product development.

Variety of bonding options
Leading electronics manufacturers use Santoprene TPV in seals, gaskets, connectors, grips and other components in products ranging from cell phones and printers to speakers and remote controls. Santoprene TPV bonding grades B100 and B150 excel at overmolding onto engineered thermoplastics such as PC, ABS, PS, PET and blends, nylon, ExxonMobil™ polypropylene (PP), and a variety of other materials.

Precision parts and design flexibility
Product designers gain design flexibility through soft-touch feel, texture matching and excellent colorability, even with pastel and fluorescent colors. In addition, wide temperature stability (-60°C to 135°C / -75°F to 275°F) and excellent chemical, weather and shock protection enable engineers to develop precision parts that encourage product innovation.

Using less, delivering more
Santoprene TPV is easy to process, recyclable within the manufacturing stream and accommodates fast molding cycle times and parts consolidation. Fire-retardant UL certifications on select Santoprene TPV grades help accelerate product development and time to market.
