ExxonMobil Enters the Global Polypropylene Technology Licensing

ExxonMobil Chemical recently announced that its polypropylene technology, refined over the last 15 years is now available for licensing. ExxonMobil has maintained an enviable leadership position in the world along with Basell, Innovene, and Dow in terms of technology and markets. ExxonMobil has always been an exception, in that, they limited their activities to just licensing in the best available technologies and customizing them to gain leadership position. This has helped them maintain a leadership position via product differentiation.
